How do you accept payment?

Overhead Door Company of Central Arizona™️ accepts payment in the form of cash, checks, or credit cards. Credit cards we accept include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

I’m interested in painting my house trim to match my new garage door color. Where can I find the color formulas?

Our Color Chart and Instructions will provide you with the paint formulas that match your new garage door.

What is the warranty for torsion spring replacement?

Our torsion springs warranties last one year for labor and five years for the spring itself. Warranties cover material and workmanship defects and begin on the same day of your service.

What if I need to replace other parts? How long are your parts and labor warranties?

All garage door parts and accessories are covered for 90 days beginning on the day of service. Labor, meanwhile, is covered for 30 days.

How do I change the code on my keypad?

Check the instructions on the back of your keypad for instructions on how to change your code. If your keypad is not pictured in the instructions, contact our Service Department.
