Excellent – excellent service. Jim arrived within the allocated times and was very polite. He explained everything to me that needed to be done and the costs. I will recommend Overhead Door and DH Pace to everyone and will of course call you in the future.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Sunday. I didn’t want to pay extra for a Sunday visit, but they came out at 8:00 AM on Monday morning. That really pleased me. I hated to keep my car our in the hot sun in summer. Our son, son-in-law and grandson were able to open the door to get the car out. They fixed it quickly. Everything was well explained, and I felt the price was reasonable.read more

Was in a major jam as my garage door broke and was stuck down. I was trapped like a prisoner in my own home and needed to pick up my son from school later that day. I’ve always gotten excellent service from this company. This last time though I did notice some greasy fingerprints on the white wall around my openers. I can’t get them off. I know greasy fingers are part of the job but would just ask the tech to be mindful next time. Thanks.read more
