And they accommodated my tight window of availability. Josh was our tech and he was outstanding. He has strong communication skills and great expertise. Overhead Door Company became our "recommended" door provider by our HOA board after our board members interviewed several door companies. We determined the best quality, service and price offered in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area was Overhead. So far, a handful of residents have had new garage doors installed by Overhead with glowing reviews. Recently my garage door, one of the few remaining original wood doors in the neighborhood finally got too old and I called Chris to measure and put together the order. My reviews are just as good as our previous neighbors (two thumbs up)!! Great customer service. Chris sent a service guy out the following day to temporarily fix our broken door, so we were able to keep using it for a few weeks as we wait for the new door to be made. Above and beyond!!
