Just when you think customer service is dead, you have an experience that’s so awesome it restores your faith in mankind--no joke! I had a garage door service man named James from Overhead Door™ come to service my garage door. Each person I dealt with there, from the lady who scheduled my appointment to the service provider, was kind and helpful. Because my garage door opener is more than 40 years old, I also got an estimate for a brand new one installed. I will do that in a few months, but today my garage door opens and closes quietly like new!
